By claiming your $50 USD cash back, ($50 cash back) at at an eligible hotel or cruises not part of the The Near Far Collection, (non-The Near Far Collection), booked via our Luxury Travel Concierge, I understand and accept that your personal data will be sent to and processed by Luxury Travel Diary in the UK.
Luxury Travel Concierge $50 USD Cash-Back Offer is not redeemable directly with any hotel whatsoever & may only be used when booking a stay with a Luxury Travel Diary Concierge.
$50 cash back will only be applied to your first Luxury Travel Concierge booking of more than $1,200 USD.
Minimum $1,200 USD must be spent on the stay to be eligible for the $50 cash back.

Only one Luxury Travel Concierge $50 cash back is redeemable per transaction and per household worldwide.
Cash back is for new customers only and cannot be applied retrospectively to previously paid for first time non-The Near Far Collection bookings.
Eligible bookings must be made within 12 months of accepting the cash back offer.
Cash back offer applies to spend made in any currency, and the minimum spend value will be converted into the local currency equivalent at time of booking. Subsequent exchange rate changes which may affect the minimum spend value are not the responsibility of the Luxury Travel Concierge and only the values stated at time of booking will be honoured.
$50 cash back cannot be put towards the payment for your first non-The Near Far Collection booking made via our Luxury Travel Concierge, instead $50 cash back will be delivered by PayPal once stay is complete.
Cash back is offered in addition to any other benefits we are able to offer at each hotel or cruise, such as free breakfast, room upgrade (subject to availability) and any hotel credit.
Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount offered by Luxury Travel Concierge, The Near Far Collection or the hotel or cruise which you are booking.
Cash back is non-transferable.
Luxury Travel Concierge reserves the right to withdraw this offer or cancel cash back at any time without prior notice and refuse cash back being claimed should they feel the transaction is in breach of terms and conditions.
